Constitution

The UTS Law Students' Society's Constitution lists the rules that bind the Society and its members and the guiding objectives of the Society. Importantly, it lists the eligibility, rights and duties, and types of members of the Society. The constitution also outlines the governance of the Society by elected councillors and how meetings are to be conducted, including voting procedures. Furthermore, it includeds the treatment of by-laws, elections, ammendments to the constitution, Indemnity of Council and accounts of the society.

By-Laws

The UTS Law Students' Society's By-Laws are an important document for both councillors and Society members to be familiar with. This document broadly outlines the role of each councillor and informs members of the responsibilities of each councillor, assisting them in deciding which is the most appropriate councillor to direct any queries.
