Constitution
The UTS Law Students' Society's Constitution lists both the rules that bind the Society and its members, and the guiding objectives by which the Society is governed. More specifically, it outlines:
- the eligibility, rights and duties, and types of members of the Society;
- the governance of the Society by elected councillors and how meetings are to be conducted, including voting procedures; and
- the treatment of by-laws, elections, amendments to the Constitution, Indemnity of Council and accounts of the society.
