Why Join?

When you become a financial member of the UTS Law Students' Society, you receive discounted ticket prices to all our social events, are eligible to compete in any of our internal competitions, receive our fortnightly e-newsletter (The Buzz), apply for our textbook equity scheme and help fund all of our activities, publications, competitions and programs.

Non-financial members still receive our e-newsletter, however don't receive discounts to our events and aren't eligible to enter into our internal competitions.

How much does it cost?

The cost of membership is $15.00 for UTS Union Advantage Program members and $20.00 for everyone else. Membership is not restricted to law students and lasts for the duration of your degree. Throughout your time studying at UTS, the discounts you will receive as a member will amount to in excess of $200.00.

Please note that a $0.79 transaction fee will be applied to Financial Membership and $0.67 for UTS Union Advantage Program membership.
