Commencing in Week 4, sessions will be run twice a week on Monday and Wednesday morning from 7-8am by a fully qualified personal trainer and will test your endurance, strength, fitness and muscles that you never knew existed.
Sessions will be run inside the gym so you will have access to a wide variety of equipment which will further your Boot Camp experience!
Spots are limited and usually fill up very quickly so make sure you reserve a spot here and get involved or forever miss the opportunity to be a part of this!
