UTS LSS Kickstart is here for you! Every week over an eight- week course, you will be guided by a personal trainer in a 1 hr high intensity training class. Think F45 at half the cost!
The kickStart program is not just a training class, it’s a social group and motivational community. There will be a smoothie Breakfast after each session to meet and socialise with your fitness peers.
All welcome, from firsties to postgrad. Whether you’re an elite sportsman or complete Rookie, Kickstart wants you! So come swap your cider for a smoothie, meet some friends and Move those legs!
Information you need to know:
When: Every Wednesday starting from the 11th April to the 6th June 8:15-9:15 AM, Breakfast from 9:15 onwards
Where: Activate Fit on Harris
(Breakfast in the Law court yard after session)
Cost: $65 for the whole training semester (that’s less then $10 a session) this INCLUDES a free 5:2 healthy eating recipe book upon registration as well as complimentary smoothie breakfast after EACH session!
